Andreas Kalcker is a biophysicist researcher of German origin who has lived most of his life in Spain but currently resides in Switzerland where he has researched and registered several international patents dealing with the therapeutic use of chlorine dioxide for hypoxia as well as for inflammation, infection, sepsis and Sars-Cov2-Coronavirus.
